Menstrual pads that are reusable and made of organic cotton
Everything is going green lately! Especially if its disposable. These here are Moonpads which are reusable menstrual pads. They are made of 100% organic cotton (except for the flaps) and they are hand dyed.
They’re comfortable, fun, and easy to use. When women who try them discover that Moonpads are far more comfortable than disposables.
What’s more is that they save you lots of money (a great point in this economy!), they’re better for your health and they’re WAY better for the planet- women in America alone throw away 20 BILLION disposable menstrual products a YEAR. And that’s just the United States!
Disposable menstrual products are made of plastics that don’t go away, and the production of them sends dioxin (the world’s most toxic chemical) into our rivers and streams and ultimately into our food chain.
9 Moonpads for only $59 with free shipping in the US of A! that’s a dollar discount on each Moonpad!
See ilovemymoon.com for more. There are many other fine organic products on the website.

Who is there to re-use such thing. I don’t think there is any person who have any plan of doing that.

Looks cool but I don’t see any publicity of the new safe product yet. How could people know about them…?

When are they going to invent some pads that “arent embarrassing for your boyfriend to buy” for you??
We were just in this conversation the other day… We were talking about how everything is single serve and throw away today, and how rough it is on the environment.
Great Post. I’m going to push this link around a little bit.
