Swedx LCD TV’s made from trees
TV’s with LCD’s made from wood are coming. This is not exaclty eco friendly, but it does remind you of nature. The thinking also goes that when the TV is down recycled to its different small parts the wood part can actually be recycled. Its a world of dwindling mineral resources and every little bit of effort will help. The style is old meets new. The best of both worlds.
This TV is designed by a Swedish company called Swedx. Above is a 19 inch version that will start selling in the UK at retail chain Curry’s and Dixons.
Swedx is also working on 40 and 46 inch sizes. This Swedish company is ahead of the Japanese electronic makers! They are banking on the trend to look green that is becoming so popular…
