I know that bamboo is a renewable source, that’s good. I am curious to know the ‘energy consumption’ of making clothes out of cotton vs. bamboo and cotton. Now that would be interesting, especially if the Muso Koroni’s energy cost is greater than that of the traditional method.

This is sure to make some people plenty happy.
To the commenter above, if you’re looking at things in that way, then you might also want to factor in the durability of the various fabrics, which in turn one would think gives it a greater lifespan so therefore less energy into production of less products. But then there is also the marketing of the producer whose goal, one would think is to sell many products. complicated

Did African goddess wear this funny dress? If the dresses of goddess hang over a human body it would not match really.

If you’re looking for a more eco-friendly fashion then why not try wearing dresses made from abaca fabric? I’ve seen a fashion show once and abaca dresses and gowns really look chic.

If you are looking for eco fashion in Europe, don’t miss the Swedish shop Berthas Eco Fashion. They sell really nice things, both European and American brands. Arbor Bamboo T-shirts and also recycled shoes from Simple Shoes in California. And Swedish “mid-summer style” romantic white linnen shirts and much more.

If they are made in the US, I wish I could buy them here. Super cute clothes. We work with renewable materials. Cotton absorbs water and generally takes more energy to manufacture than materials like bamboo and hemp.

This dress is so pretty. People should be encouraged to buy eco-fashion products such as those made up of bamboo, organic cotton ,PLA fibres rather than synthetics.
